It was love at first sight
I was captivated by this horse’s beauty at first sight. His name is Normandy Landings, and he was once a race horse. He still has the grace of an athlete and a mysterious, other- worldly aura. His speckled markings informed the fabric choices that I made to collage his portrait and the embroidery follows both contours of muscles and patterns in his coat.
